Major Responsibilities: Design and development owner for the product /project. Plan projects and utilize proper resources for development - identification of required development activities and assigning to suitable team members for completing the task effectively. Collaborate with the heads of the hardware, microelectronics and test development teams to identify software related requirements and prepare the design and architecture accordingly. Participate in bring-up of new custom hardware with the help of hardware team. Continue to evolve the best practices and methods used within the department. Engagement in preparation of Requirement Specification, Design Documents and technical literatures of the system. Shall be able to mentor the development team technically and review the deliverables and ensure quality Represent your department at customer meetings. Skills/Qualifications :
Ideally, the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2+ years of hardcore programmatic Ad Ops experience.

Exceptional analytical skills and ability to spot trends in data and generate insights based on that.
Strong knowledge and experience with Programmatic Campaign optimization. Ability to analyze and gather campaign performance insights and perform campaign optimizations.
Ability to investigate, analyze and solve problems as well as clearly communicate results
Strong proficiency with MS excel.
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and documentation skills
Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with the ability to learn and apply new concepts and tools quickly
Strong attention to detail, well organized and possesses the ability to prioritize multiples tasks under pressure
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
