We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
The ideal candidate will expand the company’s brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to.
You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers.
The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan ongoing customer acquisition and retention strategies
Drive new customer acquisition via channels including; PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display and Affiliates
Proven working experience in digital marketing
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Provide support in customer relationship management (CRM) activities, including lead generation, customer on boarding, and customer support.
Work with the creative teams and external agencies to develop marketing assets for digital campaigns. Keep exploring new channels/partners for user acquisition and lead their end-to-end execution. Work with agencies & inhouse teams on ASO & SEO
Digital Marketing Manager Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising position.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
