• Role: Senior Martech Business Analyst

Role Overview 

This role is suited for a Martech professional who understands the ecosystem end to end, not just one tool. The ideal candidate connects the dots between business needs and technical teams, with enough platform knowledge to ask the right questions and drive the right outcomes at a senior level. 

Relevant Backgrounds 

Candidates may come from any of the following areas: 

• Digital Marketing or Agency roles with experience working across multiple Martech platforms and coordinating between business and tech teams. 
• Business Analysis or Account Management roles in a Martech, Analytics, or CDP environment where delivery was driven without gaps or delays. 
• Platform or Solutions roles involving use case gathering, requirements mapping, and collaboration with implementation teams. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Serve as the primary bridge between the AEP technical team and senior business stakeholders, owning the relationship on both sides. 
• Understand, articulate, and challenge AEP use cases across CJA, AJO, and RTCDP and connect them back to measurable business goals. 
• Lead coordination across Martech platforms including CMS, Web Analytics, Marketing Automation, SEO and SEM to ensure connected and consistent thinking. 
• Gather, document, and communicate requirements with precision so nothing gets lost in translation between business and technology. 
• Drive delivery with a zero-tolerance approach to timeline slippages. Own follow ups, meeting notes, action items, and accountability across workstreams. 
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to ways of working, documentation standards, and team capability. 

Required Skills and Experience 

• Strong working knowledge of the Martech landscape including CMS, Analytics, Marketing Automation, SEO and SEM. 
• Solid understanding of AEP modules especially CJA, AJO, and RTCDP at both a use case and functional level. 
• Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and deadlines at pace. 
• Experience producing structured documentation including requirements, process flows, and meeting governance artefacts.
