✅ Establishing project parameters, milestones & budgets
✅ Ensuring cost control measures at construction sites
✅ Contracts administration & customer account reconciliation
✅ Site vigilance, audits & technical implementation
✅ Managing plant, machinery, and project assets
✅ Leading and developing project teams

Key Knowledge Areas:

🏗️ Construction of bridges, LNG tanks, nuclear reactors, and more
📐 Strong understanding of engineering & design principles
📋 Familiarity with local & international design codes (AASHTO, European Codes)
💻 Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools

Skills Required:

🗣️ Excellent communication skills
📅 Effective planning & time management
🔍 Strong quality control & leadership skills
🌍 Experience in foreign contracts, preferably with MNCs
