Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale precast construction projects
• Develop project strategies, timelines, and execution plans
• Oversee project planning, engineering, procurement, and construction activities
• Ensure timely project delivery within budget and quality standards
• Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, site execution, and contractors
• Drive adoption of precast construction techniques and modular building practices
• Monitor project performance, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Lead project reviews and provide regular updates to senior management
• Handle contract management, vendor coordination, and commercial negotiations
• Drive productivity improvements and cost optimization initiatives
Key Requirements
• Minimum 25 years of experience in Construction / Infrastructure Projects, Residential Projects
• Strong experience in Precast Construction
• Proven track record of handling large-scale construction projects
• Experience in industrial, residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multi-location project teams
• Knowledge of modern construction technologies and modular systems
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Master’s degree preferred (Construction Management / Project Management)
• Experience in large EPC / Construction organizations preferred
