Role Snapshot:
This is a hands-on individual contributor role with strong focus on direct revenue generation, in addition to strategic oversight.
Experience: 10-12yrs
Key Expectations:
• Proven experience in mall and/or high-street retail leasing
• Strong individual deal-closure capability with measurable revenue impact
• Established network with national & international retail brands, anchors, and brokers
• Deep market knowledge of Chennai and/or Bangalore
• Ability to independently handle leasing strategy, negotiations, LOIs, and closures
• Exposure to new mall launches, expansions, or asset repositioning
Qualification:
• MBA / PGDM preferred
• Real estate background is mandatory
