Job Summary

The Manager / Senior Manager – Commercial Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for Casagrand’s office space portfolio, including Grade-A office buildings, business parks, IT parks, and commercial developments. The role will focus on brand positioning, lead generation, tenant acquisition support, market research, digital marketing, and enhancing occupancy levels across commercial assets.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote office space projects and commercial assets.
  • Create annual marketing plans aligned with leasing and business objectives.
  • Drive brand visibility and positioning of commercial developments in the market.
  • Identify target industries, occupiers, and tenant segments for marketing campaigns.

Lead Generation & Tenant Acquisition Support

  • Generate qualified leads through digital, offline, and channel partner networks.
  • Support the leasing team in attracting corporate occupiers, IT/ITES companies, GCCs, co-working operators, and multinational organizations.
  • Design and execute campaigns to increase enquiries and site visits.
  • Monitor lead conversion metrics and optimize marketing efforts accordingly.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Management

  • Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Oversee project websites, landing pages, and digital content development.
  • Track campaign performance and implement improvements to maximize ROI.
  • Coordinate with digital agencies and marketing partners.

Brand Management & Communication

  • Develop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, videos, and corporate communication materials.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all marketing channels.
  • Manage public relations, media coverage, and corporate communications related to commercial projects.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research on office leasing trends, rental benchmarks, occupier requirements, and competitor developments.
  • Analyze market demand and provide recommendations to strengthen product positioning.
  • Prepare market intelligence reports for management review.

Events & Business Promotion

  • Organize property showcases, broker meets, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
  • Represent the company at commercial real estate forums and business events.
  • Build relationships with IPCs (International Property Consultants), brokers, and corporate real estate teams.

Reporting & Budget Management

  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
  • Track campaign effectiveness and prepare monthly MIS reports.
  • Present marketing performance reports and recommendations to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • MBA in Marketing, Real Estate, or Business Management preferred.

Experience

  • 7–10 years of experience in commercial real estate marketing, office leasing marketing, or corporate real estate.
  • Experience marketing Grade-A office spaces, IT parks, business parks, or commercial developments is highly preferred.
  • Strong network within the commercial real estate ecosystem is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and lead generation.
  • Strong understanding of commercial office leasing markets and occupier requirements.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Google Analytics, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in marketing automation and performance analytics tools.
