Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru. As the VP-Legal, you’ll be responsible for managing all legal matters within the company. You will oversee legal policies, contracts, licensing, and support other areas of the business as required. In addition, you will also collaborate with different teams and manage external legal advisors to ensure legal compliances and provide advisory support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree in Law is preferred
• Minimum of 23 years of experience in legal roles, including experience in a leadership/management role
• Experience working in a real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of Handling RERA , NCLT and court matters
• Experience dealing with various legal matters such as labour laws, contractual disputes, and regulatory laws on various business operations
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively at all levels of the organization
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize responsibilities depending on urgency and business impact
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to make strategic decisions that reduce business risks
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to continuously update legal knowledge to incorporate new changes in regulations and compliant practices
