This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager in Bengaluru as well as PAN INDIA locations. The Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day store management tasks, including ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.

• Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
• Experience in managing a retail store
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team and provide guidance to staff
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
• Experience in the HR industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
