Hiring For SRE ( Site Reliability Engineer) Lead

Job Detail:

Experience : 8 – 10 Years
CTC : 30 LPA
Location : Chennai

Experience leading a small of engineers/SREs, working in an onsite/offshore model.
5+ experience with working distributed microservice architecture/message queues with strong programming/system fundamentals
Strong Experience working with Database (Postgres/mysql, NoSql dbs)
5+ years of experience in Cloud environment such as AWS, GCP etc.,
2+ Experience with managing Kubernetes clusters and using kubectl, etc for managing helm chart deployments, ingress services, and troubleshooting pods.
Security – Strong understanding of security best practices, network design, and handling PII data.
Experience/familiarity with monitoring and instrumentation – Prometheus, Grafana (Tempo, Loki), Elastic, log management and related systems
Strong in Linux fundamentals/OS/networking etc.,
Experience with Jenkin’s CI/CD, ArgoCD, circle CI etc.

About the Work:

Play the role of an incident commander during outages, communicate, conduct post mortem, capture action items and plan for reduce the incidents.
Work on building robust monitoring/alerts tools, continuously enhance them and ensure its adopted Org wide.
Cloud Services – Manage, configure and troubleshoot Linux operating system issues, storage, networking (VPCs, proxies and CDNs), and administer high-availability PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ and Redis clusters
Troubleshoot issues affecting stability and reliability of the systems, provide recommendations on improving them and enhancing them.
