Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module, including form builder, workflow builder, and data model configuration.
At least 1 end to end implementation experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central
.Configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding module based on client-specific needs, including form creation, workflow configuration, and data integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, business analysts, and other consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding implementations, ensuring system reliability and user satisfaction.
