At EDC, we bring spaces to life. We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Head – Projects to lead the design and execution of our Experience Centre projects across India. This role is perfect for a resourceful, focused designer with an innate sense of creativity — someone who can craft spaces that are aesthetically striking, architecturally sound, and genuinely functional. You’ll be leading our design team, inspiring them with fresh ideas, and driving innovative design thinking across every project we take on.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate the design team, bringing in innovative approaches to design thinking and architectural principles.

Design, Review, Oversee the overall design, necessary design drawings, BoQ, costing and rate analysis, planning, and execution of EDC’s Experience Centre projects from concept to completion.

Travel frequently to project sites across India to monitor progress, ensure quality standards, and resolve on-ground challenges.
●
Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to translate ideas into functional, beautiful spaces.
●
Ensure that every project reflects a balance of aesthetics, architectural integrity, and practical utility.
●
Drive design excellence across varied space typologies — commercial spaces, experience centres, campuses, and more.
●
Review project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
●
Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and construction practices to keep EDC’s work ahead of the curve.

Educational Qualification
●
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) from a recognised institution.
●
Additional certification or specialization in Interior Design will be an added advantage.
