Key Requirements

• Experience: 15–20 years in senior engineering or project management roles within Industrial & Warehousing, Commercial, or Real Estate development projects.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of civil, structural, or mechanical engineering for industrial, warehousing, commercial, or high-rise developments.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• Location : Chennai
