About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Data & AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and governance of enterprise data and AI solutions across General & Administrative (G&A) functions. This role will be responsible for defining data architecture, AI solution frameworks, data products, and governance standards while acting as the technical authority across multiple enterprise platforms and business domains.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in data architecture, AI/ML solution design, enterprise integration, cloud data platforms, and data governance, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, product owners, engineering teams, and enterprise architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-scale Data & AI solutions across G&A domains.
• Define and maintain enterprise data models, architecture standards, and governance frameworks.
• Own the technical architecture for data products, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled business solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate strategic requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
• Establish standards for data quality, metadata management, integration, security, privacy, and compliance.
• Drive enterprise architecture reviews and ensure alignment with organizational architecture principles.
• Enable trusted, reusable, and governed data products that support business intelligence, analytics, automation, and AI initiatives.
• Partner with engineering and platform teams to improve reporting, operational efficiency, and enterprise decision-making.
• Ensure responsible and compliant adoption of AI technologies across enterprise functions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, AI Solution Architecture, or Data Engineering.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, data governance, cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience designing and implementing AI/ML and GenAI-enabled enterprise solutions.
• Deep understanding of data security, privacy regulations, compliance frameworks, and governance best practices.
• Proven ability to work with senior business stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR, and other G&A functions.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Data Platform, AWS Analytics, or Google Cloud data services.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Knowledge of MLOps, Responsible AI, DataOps, and modern analytics architectures.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation programs involving Data, Analytics, and AI.
