Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Connectivity data services and APIs that support connectivity features for embedded platforms.
  • Work with RTOS platforms (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, ThreadX) to build reliable and efficient embedded applications.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues across multiple MCU platforms (STM, TI, NXP, Nordic, Qualcomm, MediaTek) ensuring robust performance and stability.
  • Utilize and integrate various tools commonly used on MCU platforms to streamline development and debugging workflows.
  • Design, build, and optimize scalable services that manage wireless traffic across the product ecosystem. Ensure secure, reliable, and efficient data flow to support seamless connectivity and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product & companion app) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Implement scalable solutions for collecting and analyzing connectivity metrics and telemetry.
  • Drive technical excellence by contributing to architecture decisions, code reviews, and best practices.
  • Lead bug triage and root cause investigation efforts by analyzing logs, telemetry, and test results. Systematically identify, prioritize, and resolve connectivity-related issues in production and development environments.
  • Leverage AI capabilities with existing processes; orchestrate multiple AI tools and agents in parallel, leveraging prompt engineering skills and deep understanding of tool capabilities to deliver project impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in C and C++.
  • Experience with RTOS platforms (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, ThreadX) and strong background in networking concepts such as TCP, TLS, HTTPS, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
