Key Skills Required:

1. Industrial Civil Execution: Hands-on experience in RCC, structural foundations, industrial flooring, and fast-track factory projects.
2. Planning & Coordination: Ability to plan daily activities and coordinate effectively with engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
3. Labour & Subcontractor Management: Strong capability to manage the workforce, monitor productivity, and ensure timely execution.
4. Quality & Safety Compliance: Sound knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and safe construction practices.
