Role :

We are looking for a strategic and result-oriented financial leader to join one of the leading diversified business groups as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This is a direct reporting role to the Managing Director (MD).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
• Drive working capital, cash collection, and cash flow management.
• Manage pricing controls, customer engagement, and target schemes.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, vendor negotiations, and commercial hygiene.
• Handle risk management, regulatory compliance, audits, and statutory requirements.
• Manage corporate insurance, claims, and renewals.
• Act as a strategic business partner to support growth initiatives.
