About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Architect (G&A) to partner with General & Administrative (G&A) functions in translating business needs into scalable enterprise data architectures and solutions. This role will define domain data models, integration patterns, and architecture standards, ensuring that enterprise data products are aligned with organizational standards and governance frameworks.

You will work closely with business owners, application teams, data engineers, and governance partners to build trusted, reusable, and secure data products that enable reporting, analytics, and enterprise decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable data architectures and enterprise data solutions.
• Define domain data models, integration patterns, and architecture standards aligned with enterprise principles.
• Ensure enterprise data products are aligned with data governance and architecture standards.
• Collaborate with business owners, application teams, data engineers, and governance teams across G&A functions.
• Design data solutions that are accessible, consistent, secure, and reusable across enterprise platforms.
• Reduce data duplication and improve data quality, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Support enterprise reporting, analytics, and business decision-making through trusted data products.
• Drive architecture reviews and promote best practices for enterprise data management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Enterprise Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or related enterprise data roles.
• Strong expertise in data architecture, data modeling, integration design, and enterprise data governance.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms:
  • Databricks
  • Snowflake
  • Azure Data Platform
  • AWS Analytics
  • Google Cloud Data Services
• Experience designing scalable cloud-based data platforms and enterprise integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of data quality, security, privacy, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Finance, Legal, Compliance, HR, or other enterprise G&A functions.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and modern cloud data ecosystems.
• Experience enabling enterprise analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making initiatives.
