CRM Executive – Salesforce & Tools Specialist

Role Summary
Looking for a hands-on CRM professional who can actively work on Salesforce, CRM tools, and integrations to manage data, generate reports, and support sales operations. This is a tool-driven role, not a data entry position.
Key Requirements
• Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce (mandatory)
• Must know Salesforce tools, add-ons, and integrations
• Ability to create reports, dashboards, and extract data independently
• Good understanding of CRM workflows and technical structure
• Experience in handling calling data / lead tracking / follow-up systems
• Strong in Excel (Pivot, XLOOKUP, dashboards)
• Should be comfortable using AI tools / automation tools within CRM or reporting
Key Responsibilities
• Work directly on Salesforce for daily operations
• Generate MIS, reports, and dashboards
• Track leads, follow-ups, site visits, bookings, and collections
• Monitor sales team performance and funnel movement
• Maintain data accuracy and CRM discipline
• Support calling systems and lead tracking
• Use tools/automation to improve reporting efficiency
Experience Required
• 3–6 years of hands-on CRM experience with strong Salesforce usage
• Proven experience in:
o Building Salesforce reports & dashboards independently
o Managing complete sales funnel in CRM (Lead → Site Visit → Booking → Collection)
o Working with CRM tools, add-ons, and integrations (dialers, automation, etc.)
• Experience handling sales team data (15–25 members)
• Strong exposure to data analysis and MIS reporting (CRM + Excel)
• Real estate experience preferred (Apartments/Villas), but not mandatory
• Exposure to AI / automation tools is an added advantage
