Should be well versed with PAN India corporate hiring roles like Finance, IT, legal from the above-mentioned industry types.
Excellent Stakeholder management is required, at any given point of time, would be working on 20 to 30 requirements should be able to manage nothing less than 10 to 15 Hiring managers/stake holders at a time.
Should have good basic knowledge in excel like starting from simple formulae to at least Pivot level. Good with power-point is an additional advantage.
Very good written and oral communication skills.
Should be very good in mail communication, very professional and quick on jotting down points on mails
Current team structure.

Expected:

Will manage the stakeholders and directly will be responsible for deliverables within the TAT/SLA.
The recruiter will pitch-in in terms of role clarity, and support when the sources call out on challenges of not getting profiles…if there is difficulty working on requirements arrange for an Intake call with the business/hiring manager to get better clarity, call out on challenges and negotiate to relax on certain criteria if required with business, again to reiterate requires excellent stakeholder mgmt. and interpersonal skills.
Should be a subject matter expert in all portals Naukri, Linkedin & iimjobs.
